1. 切换到 EOS 钱包
下载麦子钱包访问网址: http://mathwallet.org
在 应用 中点击进入【Chintai】
点击右上角 Login 完成登陆；
在页面底部选择语言：简体中文
2. 选择租赁市场
选择不同的租期市场。
在这个例子中，选择了七天这个租赁周期。
3. 查看订单列表(订单簿，OrderBook)
查看当前的挂单，来决定你计划用多少的利率来创建订单。
从上图中可以看到，当前的市场利率是0.1%，这个值也可能会随时变动。
类似于交易所的方式，Chintai 平台上的EOS出租利率是由市场机制决定的。
4. 创建订单
特别提醒：
– 如果你想要出租EOS赚取收益，你需要创建出租订单，用红色表示；
– 如果你想要付给别人利率，借用别人的EOS来得到带宽资源，那么，你需要创建借入(Borrow/Lease)订单，用绿色表示。
你也可以创建订单。这里，你需要设定好利率和EOS的数量。我这里设置的是出租 100 个EOS，利率设定为0.1%。
你如果想租用EOS，可以创建借入的订单(之前是用Lease来表示)：
填写好了利率(%)，和所用的EOS就可以了。
你也可以拖动滑杆，选择CPU跟NET的不同比例。
页面上会显示出来你应该支付的总利率。在这张图中，所需要支付的总利息是0.1 EOS。
在检查了你所设置的信息之后，点击提交订单。
5. 确认你的合约
例如，在这张图中，表示的是一个生效的借EOS的订单，需要支付0.01EOS。在订单成交之后，你可以立即收到10个EOS的资源，其中7EOS为CPU，3EOS为网络，持续时间为7天。
（注1：目前不管是借还是出租，最少都是10EOS起步，否则无法生产订单）
（注2：请务必检查你要是要 借Borrow 还是要 出租Lend）
如果订单提交之后未生效，则会在未成交订单(OpenOrder)的列表中显示

위의 사진에서 볼 수 있듯이, 현재 이윤은 0.1%이며, 이것도 수시로 변동할 수 있습니다.
거래소 방식과 유사하여 Chintai 플랫폼의 EOS 임대이윤도 시장 메커니즘에 의해 결정됩니다.
4. 오더 생성
힌트:
— 만약에 EOS를 임대해서 수익을 얻고자 한다면, 회원님은 임대 주문을 작성해서 빨간색으로 표시해야 합니다.
– 회원님이 다른 사람에게 이율을 주고, 다른 사람의 EOS를 빌려서 Bandwidth을 얻고 싶다면, 당신은 임차 주문을 작성해서 녹색으로 표시해야 합니다.
이율과 EOS의 수량을 잘 설정하시면 됩니다.
CPU와 NET의 비율을 조정할 수도 있습니다.
이 페이지에서 회원님이 지불해야 할 총 이자율이 보일 것입니다.
사세히 검사한 후 오더를 제출하시면 됩니다.
5. 계약 확인
예를 들어 이 그림에서 EOS를 임대하는 오더를 나타내는 것으로 0.01EOS을 지불해야 합니다. 오더가 성사된 후, 회원님은 바로 10개의 EOS의 자원을 얻을 수 있습니다. 이 중 7EOS는 CPU, 3EOS는 넷으로 7일간 지속됩니다.
(비고 1: 임대 및 임차는 최소한 10EOS입니다)

만약 오더가 제출된 후 이루어지지 않으면, OpenOrder 리스트에 기재될 것입니다.

How to Rent/Lease EOS Resources in MathWallet | Tutorial of Chintai
In Chintai, you can lease your leisure EOS and gain collect income.

- Open MathWallet and switch to EOS wallet
Download MathWallet : http://mathwallet.org
Press DApp in bottom and enter 【Chintai】
Login first
- Select Markets
For example: choose 14-Days markets
- Scroll down the page and check the Orderbook
Check the current orders and decide your Interest Rate based on them.
As you could see, the market rate is 0.05% in the above pic, and the value will changes all the time.
Similar to the exchanges, the EOS rental rate on Chintai platform is determined by market mechanism.
- Create Order
Note：
– if you want to lend your EOS, make order with LEND in red.
– if you want to pay interest rate to get others‘s resources, you should make borrow order with BORROW in green.
You should set the Interest Rate and Amount. (here, I set the Interest Rate to be 0.1% and the Amount to be 100)

Enter Interest Rate and the Amount of EOS
You could also slide to set the ratio of the CPU and NET
It will shows the Total Interest you need to pay.
Confirm what you entered and Submit Order.
- Confirm your order
The above is a valid EOS order that you need to pay 0.01 EOS.Once the order is successfully made, you will get 7 EOS CPU and 3 EOS NET right away. (You could keep them for 7days)

If the order is invalid, it will be showed in Open Orders
